Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi's official transport vehicle was upgraded on June 22, switching from a sedan version of Toyota's flagship Century to an SUV model.
The vehicle, produced by Toyota Motor Corporation, is known for its exceptional comfort and is described by the company as a "moving office." It is designed to accommodate the prime minister's tightly scheduled workday, allowing for meetings and administrative tasks while in transit.

On the morning of the 22nd, the prime minister left the official residence on foot for the Prime Minister's Office. After attending a Cabinet meeting, she used the new vehicle for the first time to travel to the National Diet for a session of the Lower House Budget Committee.
