Hirokazu Sato is an engineer who worked with overseas customers for many years on behalf of Hitachi Maxell, Ltd. In addition, he served as a Technical Commissioner of the European Computer Manufacturers Association (ECMA) for seven years. He is currently a JAPAN Forward Supporter, a member of the Osaka Society for Technical English Communication and Japan Association for Practical English. Born in 1936, Mr Sato is a graduate in Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering of Fukui University.
