Raised and educated in Tokyo and a graduate of Harvard Law School, Stephen Givens is a principal of the law firm JLX Partners and a member of the New York Bar. He has spent his professional career based in Tokyo. His practice centers around corporate law, including structuring, negotiating and closing cross-border transactions on behalf of Japanese and foreign clients. Givens has also written extensively on corporate law and governance.
