Theodore Pham

Theodore Pham is a democracy activist and researcher who splits time between Taiwan and Vietnam. He has written about Vietnam's LGBT issues and evolving propaganda in both Vietnamese and English. Currently, Theodore is conducting a research project on the way cultural institutions uphold pro-Communist narratives in Hanoi.
