Akira Tachibana

Akira Tachibana has been an associate professor of the Sociology Department at Yamato University since 2021. He is also a part-time researcher at Ryukoku University’s Research Center for Local Public Human Resources and Policy Development (LORC). In addition to research activities on the theory of creative cities and social art theory, he makes jewelry and other objects as a metal artist. He is also involved in urban development campaigning and the development of urban policies.
