Takao Toshikawa

Toshikawa Takao was born in Tokyo in 1947. At university, he dropped out of the Sofia University Department of English Literature. In 1981, after working as a reporter and editor of "Weekly POST," he became a freelance journalist. Currently he is the editor-in-chief of the newsletter for political and economic affairs, "Tokyo Inside Line."
