The hotel was created by refurbishing the Tokyo Bay Tokyu Hotel, which was open from May 2018 until December 31, 2023. Hoshino Resorts, specializing in hotel operations, took over and spent six months refurbishing the interior to evoke 1950s American style. This marks Hoshino Resorts' first hotel in Chiba Prefecture.
