Chizuko T. Allen

Chizuko T. Allen is currently a faculty member at the School of Pacific and Asian Studies, the University of Hawaii. After receiving a BA in International Relations at Tokyo University, she moved to Honolulu and received a PhD in East Asian history with a focus on Korea from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
