Nobuyuki Aoki is a journalist and Senior Advisor of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation, responsible for strengthening information dissemination for the foundation. Previously worked for the Japanese daily newspaper The Sankei Shimbun in positions including editorial writer, deputy editor, and bureau chief in New York, Singapore, and Washington D.C. Served as a visiting scholar at the University of Hawaii from 1996-1997, focusing on Japan-US relations and security in the Asia-Pacific region. He is co-author of books, Unsealing Postwar History, Volumes 2 and 3 (1995, The Sankei Shimbun).
