Tomo Kuwamura is a reporter in the Tokyo Foreign News Department of The Sankei Shimbun. Before this assignment, he reported from the Kyoto, Himeji and Kobe bureaus of the newspaper, as well as the Osaka City News Department, where he was in charge of incidents and government news.
