Chinese sources suggest the involvement of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the Hamas attack on Israel. Part one of this article explored the CCP's connections with key regional figures. They include leaders in Iran and Syria, and the enigmatic Hamas commander, Mohammad Deif, whom the author believes was influenced by the CCP. It also examined Chinese President Xi Jinping's strategy to achieve a new world order by capitalizing on global chaos. Part two delves further into the issue by analyzing the CCP's long-standing thinking of challenging the "hegemony" of the United States by creating "three major battles."

Part one: A Global Map of CCP Ambitions: 'Great Chaos for Great Order'
Another good question to ask is, if the war in the Middle East expands, who will benefit the most?
Undoubtedly, the answers are Russia, which is caught in the Russia-Ukraine war, and the CCP, which has been actively preparing for the war and wants to seize Taiwan.
Lu Qiyuan, chairman of the Board of Directors of Hong Kong's Ward International Management Consultants Limited, previously worked for the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China and China Economic Open Trust Investment Company. Lu is also a teacher at the China Business School of the University of Hong Kong.
In April 2023, Lu posted the following on Chinese social media:
"The key to solving the Taiwan issue lies in the Middle East. If the US abandons Israel, it will lose dominance in Asia. The US military is fundamentally unable to fight on three fronts, including Russia-Ukraine, Taiwan Strait, and the Middle East. The only thing that can be sacrificed [by the US] is Taiwan. If Taiwan is not let go, China will forcefully intervene in the Middle East. If there is a sixth Middle East war, just think about [US] inflation ..."
'Three Battles' as Longstanding CCP Thinking
Lu's analysis is not new. Within the CCP system, there has always been a saying that "to abolish the global hegemony of the US, it is important to focus on the three major battles."
For example, one of China's largest web portals, Sina.com, published an article in April 2023 titled: "It's very simple to abolish US hegemony. Just eliminate three countries as sacrifices, and then the big picture can be finalized."
The article continued: "To abolish US global hegemony, the focus is on three major battles: the European battle, forcing the European Union to turn around and go against the US through the Ukraine war, and weakening the United Kingdom. Through the Middle East war, forcing Israel to kneel. Through the East Asian war, forcing Japan and South Korea to surrender."
The three countries to be "eliminated as sacrifices " are the UK, Israel, and Japan.
Attack a Weaker Enemy to Force a Stronger Adversary to Withdraw
The Sina.com article suggests there is no need to rush about Taiwan. "The present battlefield for the real East Asian battle will be Japan's homeland, especially Tokyo and Japan's industrial belt. If these are destroyed in one fell swoop, all will be well. This can also be seen as a move to 'save Zhao by besieging Wei' (wei Wei jiu Zhao 围魏救赵)."
The phrase "save Zhao by besieging Wei" refers to the strategy of attacking a weaker enemy to force a stronger adversary to withdraw. In this context, it suggests that by targeting Japan, the Taiwan issue would be resolved smoothly.
This article has not been deleted, indicating that this viewpoint is endorsed by the CCP.
Additionally, the CCP's own statements, such as Foreign Minister Wang Yi's criticism of Israel's "excessive defense," also indicate its stance.
Chinese President Xi Jinping's idol Mao Zedong had a famous saying: "The world needs to be in great chaos before a great order can be achieved."
In March 2023, Xi Jinping told Russian President Vladimir Putin, "Right now, there are changes — the likes of which we haven't seen for 100 years — and let's drive these changes together."
If we put these two sentences together, we gain a much better understanding of how China's communist leadership sees the world. As profound changes wrack our global society, how does the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) plan to achieve its ambitions amid chaotic change?
The New 'Axis of Evil' Has Taken Shape
Mao Zedong believed that "the world needs to be in great chaos before a great order can be achieved."
Judging from the current global situation, "great chaos" in the world is exactly what the CCP and Russia need. This "great chaos" is to the advantage of others as well. It is along those lines that a new "Axis of Evil," led by the CCP, with Russia, Iran, and North Korea as its main members, has taken shape to take on the free world.
The Real Challenge: 'Unrestricted Warfare'
The free world, led by the United States, is fully capable of overwhelmingly defeating the new "axis of evil" in terms of military and economic power.
However, at present, the Western world is seriously divided, and the "Axis of Evil" camp adopts the "unrestricted warfare" method without any moral scruples. This makes the Western world, which has its own moral scruples and principles, fall into a passive position. With the West on its heels, it is really hard to say who will win and who will lose in the end.
How Did the CCP Defeat the Much More Powerful Kuomintang?
The Chinese Communist Party should not be underestimated. It has proven capable of defeating much more powerful adversaries in the past.
Founded in 1921, the CCP evolved from an illegal regime that was once very weak. It was constantly under threat of being annihilated by the ruling Kuomintang. However, the CCP defeated the victorious Kuomintang army right after World War II and then drove the Kuomintang out of mainland China. The CCP achieved this through various unscrupulous tactics of unrestricted warfare.
The CCP stopped at nothing: assassinations, staging social incidents to frame others, inciting hatred and chaos, dividing enemies, hiding spies and soldiers among the enemy, and using civilians as human shields on the battlefield. At the same time, it used so-called united front strategies to buy hearts, corrupt, and disintegrate the enemy. The list of perfidy goes on and on.
These shameless methods ultimately allowed the CCP to gain political power. Through repeated practice, the CCP has become very skilled at employing these tactics. In terms of methods, we must never underestimate the evil nature of the CCP.
Assassination in Canada and the CCP's 'Ignition Plan'
Today, the CCP is helped along in its ability to do evil by the West's appeasement policies. As an example of the CCP's evil actions and the West's appeasement, consider the following.
Chinese writer and YouTuber Lao Deng revealed that Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a Canadian Sikh, was actually murdered by the CCP to frame India. The goal was to create discord between India and the West. This is part of the CCP's sinister "Ignition Plan" to disrupt the world in line with Xi Jinping's military strategy regarding Taiwan.
Lao Deng said that in early June 2023, the CCP's Ministry of State Security sent a high-ranking official to Seattle, in the US, where a secret meeting was held. The objective was to sabotage relations between India and the West. CCP agents were tasked with assassinating Nijjar, who was wanted by the Indian government.
Following the meeting, the CCP agents meticulously executed the assassination plan. They accomplished their mission on June 18, 2023, and then flew back to China. After that, the relationship between Canada and India really went sour — exactly as the CCP intended.
Fomenting Strife, Igniting War
Lao Deng revealed that the CCP's "Ignition Plan" was devised in March 2023 after the CCP's "Two Sessions."
At that time, Xi Jinping instructed both the military and the Ministry of State Security to create plans. The military crafted the Taiwan Strait military plan. The Ministry of State Security devised the Ignition Plan to complement the military's actions.
However, the military's attitude toward a Taiwan Strait war was not positive. The military believed that the timing wasn't favorable and that war should not be taken lightly.
This opposition angered Xi Jinping, leading to the purges in the army.
On the other hand, Minister of State Security Chen Yixin, a trusted ally of Xi Jinping, actively supported Xi's Ignition Plan. Consequently, the CCP's Ministry of State Security stirred conflicts worldwide. These served to divert Western attention, providing cover for the military's actions in the Taiwan Strait.
Lao Deng also mentioned that Hamas's sudden attacks against Israel were also part of the CCP's Ignition Plan.
Xi Jinping and Putin Toast Great Changes
In the short span of time since Hamas brutally attacked Israelis on October 7, the "fire" Hamas started, and Xi Jinping hoped for, has indeed been ignited worldwide. As feared by some commentators, there is no easy solution to the current crisis. Hamas has successfully taken 2 million people — the Palestinians — hostage. Half of the humanitarian aid offered by the international community could end up in Hamas' hands.
In the meantime, Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin just toasted in Beijing. They raised their glasses in celebration of the unprecedented changes of the century, which are rapidly unfolding to their apparent benefit.
