Justin Palace, Titleholder and Sol Oriens are among the marquee entrants for the 68th running of the Arima Kinen on Christmas Eve at Nakayama Racecourse.
With Damian Lane controlling the reins, Win Marilyn becomes the first mare to win the prestigious race at Sha Tin Racecourse since Daryakana in 2009.
“As the level of Japanese racehorses has increased over the years, I’ve been really proud to showcase it on the global stage,” trainer Yoshito Yahagi said.
