Grant Newsham is a retired United States Marine Officer and a former U.S. diplomat with many years’ experience in Japan. He is a Senior Fellow with both the Center for Security Policy and the Yorktown Institute in the United States, and a Senior Fellow at the Japan Forum for Strategic Studies in Japan.
